What can we say about this exquisite filly! Out of my very successful competition mare, St. Pr. St. Armada Donna Bella (Don Frederico x Donnerhall x Weltmeyer) by the wonderful stallion Danone (De Niro x Donnerhall x Weltmeyer). She has the most beautiful, elegant presence just like her dam, an extraordinarily friendly character and breathtaking movement in all 3 gaits. She will walk for a 9, is feather light in her movements, incredibly supple and athletic and superbly well balanced. We will be retaining Deja as a competition and broodmare and are so excited about her future!

Her father Danone is described as the ‘capital king’ of movement; beautiful, with an optimally uphill framed neckline, an ideal top line, long legs and correct stature. In all three basic gaits, Danone is always in uphill motion with plenty of expression and action in the foreleg and a fantastic activity in the hind leg. His great ability for collection is visible in every step. Grandsire, De Niro, needs no introduction, as in 2016 he topped the WBFSH Sire Rankings for the fourth time. He has enjoyed a phenomenal career in both sport and breeding, producing countless Grand Prix horses who have won medals at the highest levels. One notable son is key member to the German team, Desperados FRH. With a double dose of Donnerhall and Weltmeyer, Deja is already steeped in breeding’s elite and we are thrilled to be able to continue Bella’s line here at Armada Stud.
